Presentation Regulations

-     Please keep in mind that it is important to abide by the poster starting time schedule (poster should be displayed at the beginning time of each time slot).

-     Posters should be mounted by the presenters themselves or their representatives.

-     Posters must remain on display panels until the designated time of the exhibition and should not be removed beforehand.

-     The presenters are not required to stay at their poster throughout the exhibition period.

 

For presenters who are assigned in two time slots:

- If you want to choose only one time slot, it is important to stick to the poster starting time schedule (poster should be displayed at the beginning time of the first time slot).

- In case you cannot stay until the end of the second time slot and cannot remove the poster please inform the staff of KISOT 2025 in advance.

 

Presentation place

-     Each assigned Reference Number (P-1, P-2….) will be posted on the display panel (0.7m width and 1.0m height) in the poster presentation venue.
