This keynote will present practical applications of Functional Cognition Intervention (FCI) in the Korean medical context, highlighting the flow of evaluation, goal setting, and intervention. Grounded in the Dynamic Interactional Model, FCI integrates cognitive function, self-awareness, and environmental factors. Using performance-based assessments and occupation-centered goals, activity-based strategies such as adaptation, task grading, and strategy training were applied. Case examples will illustrate how FCI contributes not only to functional recovery but also to enhanced participation in daily life, underscoring its clinical value and feasibility
