Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact the KAOT Secretariat at kaot.int@kaot.org by October 1, 2025, 23:59 KST.
- Cancellation by October 1: 100% refund (payment processing fees will be deducted)
- Cancellation after October 1: No refund
※ Please note that the refund amount will be subject to deduction of payment processing fees, which may vary depending on the payment method used.
※ Please note that refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the KISOT 2025 due to administrative procedures.
※ For applicants continuing education credits through the Korean Association of Occupational Therapists (KAOT), a different refund policy may apply. Please refer to the payment information on the KAOT website at the time of registration.
