Poster Presentation and Brief Oral Discussion Guide

-      Presentation time and place

-      For individual poster display assignment, refer to the attached "KISOT 2025 Poster Exhibition Assignment-Final" pdf file.

 

-      Poster presenters are cordially requested to stand by their posters during their scheduled session times to discuss their work with attendees.

 

-      Brief oral discussion times are as follows:

 

October 17 (Thursday)

- Session 1: 11:30–12:00

- Session 2: 14:30–15:00

 

October 18 (Friday)

- Session 1: 13:00–13:30

- Session 2: 16:00–16:30

 

This is not a mandatory, however, it’s strongly recommended to have a chance for presenters to give a brief explanation of their research, answer questions from the audience, and have a brief discussion.

 

 

-      For Poster Display Options

 

The poster will be attached by the staff if you bring it to the reception desk on the morning of the 17th, and from the afternoon of the 17th, you will need to attach it yourself, and tape will be available for it.
